1. Exhaust heat recovery device (EHRS)

  • Using the Exhaust heat recovery device system, one can expect to improve the fuel efficiency of cars as well as reducing gas consumption.

2. ECEV

  • Electronic control Exhaust valve that reduces noise from low output by flowing the exhaust gases inside the muffler and improves the power of the engine at high output by detecting the output of the engine and varying the exhaust gas flow with fusion of electronic / mechanical parts

3. EGR

  • The EGR is a system that recirculates some exhaust gases into the engine combustion chamber without emitting exhaust fumes completely to reduce Nox, PM in automobile exhaust gas
  • The recirculated exhaust gas contains a large volume of CO ₂ compared to N2, which results in a lower temperature increase when burning the same amount of fuel.

4. Exhaust valve.

  • The exhaust valve for the vehicle is assembled within the muffler silencer. The main function is to reduce exhaust gas emissions and to improve fuel efficiency and engine power.

  • Shape memory alloy is an alloy that remembers its original shape and that when deformed returns to its pre-deformed shape when heated .
  • Ni-Ti (Nitinol) is the most representative material of shape memory alloys. It is made of Ni and Ti.
